Terms of Service

Imprezzle Express (“Imprezzle Express”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a print-on-demand and intra-Ibadan delivery service operated as a sub-brand of Imprezzle. Our parent operates at imprezzle.com. Imprezzle is a Nigerian business registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission.

By uploading a file, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You may use Imprezzle Express only if you:

• are at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf;
• can lawfully enter into a binding contract under Nigerian law;
• provide a deliverable address within our currently active Ibadan zones; and
• have the legal right to print and possess the documents you upload.

Imprezzle Express accepts PDF documents from customers, prints and finishes them (binding, covers, etc.), and delivers the finished output to addresses within Ibadan zones we currently serve. Coverage, paper types, binding options, page rates, and delivery windows are listed on the service and may be updated by us from time to time. The list of active zones, paper types, and production hours shown in the app is the authoritative version at any given moment.

You may place an order as a guest or by creating an account. We verify phone numbers by one-time code. You are responsible for keeping your contact details accurate; if delivery fails because the phone, address, or landmark you supplied is wrong, the order is treated as successfully delivered for refund purposes (see Section 9).

• Prepaid only. All orders are paid upfront via Paystack (card, transfer, or USSD). We do not currently offer cash on delivery.
• Server-authoritative pricing.The total shown at checkout is computed on our servers from the file's page count, size, paper type, binding, copies, and delivery zone. The page rates and surcharges in effect when you place the order are the rates that apply to that order, even if we later change them.
• Minimum order size: 50 pages across all files in the order.
• Maximum: 10 files per order (across all packs).
• We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including if the file fails our automated validation, if the address is outside our zone, or if we suspect fraud or abuse.

At the Review step you confirm that you have reviewed your uploaded file(s) and accept that Imprezzle Express is not liable for content errors in the document — including typos, wrong versions, missing pages, misaligned layouts, or anything else that originates in the file you supplied. We print what you upload.

You also represent and warrant that you own or are licensed to reproduce every document you submit, and that printing it does not infringe any third party's rights. See our IP Infringement Policy for how rightsholders can submit takedown notices.

You agree not to upload, request the printing of, or use the service to distribute:

• material that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights;
• defamatory, harassing, or threatening material;
• sexually explicit material involving minors;
• material that incites violence, terrorism, or unlawful discrimination;
• government-issued documents you are not authorised to reproduce (e.g. currency, fraudulent identity documents);
• malware, scripts, or files designed to compromise our systems; or
• any other content prohibited by Nigerian law.

All uploads pass through automated validation including virus scanning and PDF sanitisation. Files that fail validation are rejected and not printed.

• We deliver only within active Ibadan zones listed on the service.
• The delivery window shown at checkout is an estimate computed from current production capacity, your zone, and the time of day. We aim to hit it but cannot guarantee it.
• On arrival, the rider will request a 6-digit verification code shown on your order confirmation and WhatsApp receipt. After three wrong attempts the delivery is paused and flagged for human review.
• If we cannot reach you, or you are not at the address with someone authorised to receive the order, we may re-attempt delivery (at our discretion and possibly at additional cost) or hold the order for collection.

In summary: you can cancel for a full refund any time before your order enters the Printing stage. Once printing has started the order is non-refundable, because paper, ink, and binding materials have been committed to your specific file. If we make a mistake we will reprint at our cost or refund the affected line item, provided you report it within 48 hours of delivery. Content errors in the file you supplied (see Section 7) are not refundable.

Your uploaded PDFs are stored only as long as we need them to fulfil the order. After delivery is confirmed we wait 30 minutes and then delete the file. There is a hard maximum of 72 hours after print confirmation, regardless of order status. See the Privacy Policy for full details.

The Imprezzle and Imprezzle Express names, logos, gradients, site copy, and the software running this service are owned by Imprezzle and protected by Nigerian and international intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use them other than to use the service as intended.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the service or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Nigerian law.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service, refuse any order, or close your account if we believe you have breached these Terms, attempted to defraud us or another customer, or uploaded prohibited content. Where reasonable we will tell you why; in some cases (suspected fraud, legal requirement) we may not be able to.

We may update these Terms. The current version always lives at this URL, with the effective date at the top. Material changes will be communicated by WhatsApp, email, or an in-app notice before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith discussion will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Oyo State, Nigeria.
